The Technology One-of-a-kind works of art, each Grandmaster™ Kite is individually hand-crafted and hand-painted by a master kitemaker to ensure perfect balance and flight-tested by a master kiteflier. Grandmaster Kites are a marvelous marriage of traditional and high-tech materials, and are as indestructable as technology permits. Each Grandmaster™ Kite is made with a Mylar™ surface, a fiberglass rod bow, and a specially carved stiff bamboo spine. Fine-tuned yet durable, the Grandmaster excels in winds of 0-20 miles per hour.

The Models The Grandmaster is produced in two models: the Competition and the Fast. For the experienced flier, the Competition or the Fast will cover all wind conditions. For the novice flier we suggest beginning with the Fast, then stepping up to the Competition when his or her skills are developed. The two models are the same in size (24" x 29") and appearance. Only the speed of response varies. And since the two models cover winds of 0-20 miles per hour you can enjoy year round wind and windless kite flying fun, day and night. Night flying can be enhanced by attaching an ultra mini cyalume® lunker light® to your ultra light Grandmaster™ Kite. The combination of kite and light weighs less than two ounces.
